As the only the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill in the San Luis Valley located in Monte Vista the management and staff works hard to live up to their slogan, Happy Tastes Good. Soft-serve ice cream & signature shakes top the menu at this classic burger & fries fast-food chain.

Sadly, this business closed their doors permanently on Dec 19, 2020. Soup, Sandwich, Love. That was the focus of one of Monte Vista’s newest businesses, the Soup and Sandwich Company. They specialized in delicious house made soups, a variety of great sandwiches, salads and more, the Soup & Sandwich Company strove to provide quality food to good people for a fair price.
