The Native American Artist Fair is happening, all summer long in Monte Vista, Colorado. Come out and see authentic Handcrafted beadwork, rugs, jewelry, paintings, artwork and leather craft, all lovingly made with special prayers. Enjoy Native American foods, music and more. All the fun is happening on the Saturday’s and Sunday’s, of July 25th & 26th and August 8th and 9th as well as August 29th and 30th. The Native American Artist Fair is easy to find with plenty of free parking and free admission. Located in the Fassett Building parking lot, right behind Rain Brews; the same parking lot that hosts the Monte Vista Farmer’s Market on Friday. This is one art fair you don’t want to miss.

8th Annual Saguache Community Pow-Wow

You are invited to the 8th Annual Saguache Community Pow-Wow on August 24th and 25th. Saguache is nestled between majestic mountain ranges in the High Alpine Desert of the San Luis Valley offering wide, open spaces and breathtaking views. Hundreds of people attend this lively, colorful, and sacred event each year. Enjoy the pageantry, history, art, music, dances, vendors, learn about meaningful traditions of Indigenous People, and more. You will be fascinated. So come and enjoy!
