Kids Crane Festival

SLVoices spent part of the afternoon at the Monte Vista National Wildlife Refuge, for the Kids Crane Festival. A great time was had by all and lots of pictures were taken.

Do you all have the date for when this years kids crane festival will be ? My wife Haydee and I volunteered for that last year with CPW, and Cathy Brons . We came from Colorado Springs. Thanks, DU

  Dave, thanks for your comments. I have confirmed that the Kids Crane Festival will be held on Saturday, October 5th this year. Activities are planned from Noon until 3:30PM and include a free lunch, the CPW archery trailer, nest and egg hunts, a migration game, a puppet show and much more.
